What I collect
When you contact me or apply for finance, I collect the information needed to help you, such as your name, contact details, identification, employment or business details, income, expenses, assets and liabilities, and details of the vehicle, equipment or loan you’re after.
Finance applications started from this website are completed on a form run by Lend (lend.com.au), which collects your details on my behalf.
How I use it
I use your information to understand your needs, compare lenders, prepare and submit applications, and keep you updated. I may share it with lenders, my licensee, credit reporting bodies (through lenders), valuers, insurers and others involved in arranging your finance, and as required by law.
This website
This website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to understand how people use the site and to measure advertising. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect information such as the pages you visit and the buttons you click. They do not collect the details you enter into a finance application. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information I hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing jane.brooker@thelendingedge.com.au or calling 0419 425 158.
