What does a finance broker actually do?
I find and arrange finance for you. I listen to what you need, compare options from 40+ lenders, help you choose, then handle the application and paperwork through to settlement. You deal with me the whole way. Read my guide: broker or bank.
What can you help me finance?
For your business: work utes and vans, trucks, equipment and machinery, forklifts, and business loans. For you: cars, motorbikes, caravans, boats and personal loans. If it helps your business run, I can probably look at it.
Do you only help people in Narangba and Brisbane?
No. I’m based in Narangba, Moreton Bay, and I help clients across Brisbane and Australia-wide. Most of the process happens by phone and email, so it works wherever you are.
How long does approval take?
Many approvals within 24–48 hours, depending on the lender and your situation. Having your paperwork ready helps avoid delays. See my documents checklist.
What do I need to get started?
Just a quick call or a quote request. Then I’ll send you a list of what your lender needs. That’s usually ID, proof of income and details of what you’re buying. Business loans usually need your ABN and some business figures too.
Can you help if my bank said no?
Sometimes. Every lender has its own rules, so a loan that doesn’t suit one lender may suit another. I’ll look at your full situation and tell you honestly what’s possible. The lender always makes the final decision.
Can I buy from a private seller?
Often, yes. Many lenders finance private sales, with a few extra checks. Read my private sale guide.
